Thanksgiving in Birch Bay

We loaded up the car and Leila was quick to jump in.  She was posing for the picture but a squirrel caught her attention.

The festivities began.  Thanksgiving on the commune belonged to Jay 'n Viv this year.

Leftovers!  The best part.  Turkey, mashed potato, stuffing and gravy on Vivian's homemade buns.

The summer grass has be cut and bailed leaving the fields open for all sorts of fun.  Below, a view of the Puget Sound, showing off a couple San Juan Islands.

Go Buckeyes!  Avery cuddling w/ grandpa while watching the Bucks pick apart that team from up north.

 Great grandpa Unruh never stops smiling when he sees Avery.  I don't know who's cuter at that moment.

 Riley and Avery are only separated by a couple days so their reunions are nice.

It was a great trip.  Now, home we go for a move to a new home and a wedding for a good friend.
